1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and shenpoker ("shenpoker", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the shenpoker website located at https://shenpoker.lat, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are registering voluntarily and are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, another person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by shenpoker for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by shenpoker or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or contractor of shenpoker or any associated company.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. shenpoker reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a Malaysian NRIC, passport, or utility bill) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited. shenpoker employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify and act on multi-account violations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

All monetary transactions on the shenpoker Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern the movement of funds:

• shenpoker supports the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any processing fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. shenpoker reserves the right to amend these limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. shenpoker targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
• shenpoker does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which shenpoker accepts no responsibility.
• Funds held in your shenpoker Account do not accrue interest. shenpoker holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.
• If your account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, a monthly inactivity fee of RM10 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied. You will be notified prior to any deduction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

shenpoker offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian festivals including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Deepavali. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a separate rate. Refer to each promotion's page for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• shenpoker reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or employing prohibited wagering strategies — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus credits and real-money funds are kept separate in your account wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

shenpoker is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience to all players. The following rules govern gameplay on the Platform:

• All casino games on shenpoker use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer setups operated by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or system error during a game round, shenpoker's records will be considered definitive. Incomplete game rounds may be voided and stakes refunded at shenpoker's discretion.
• Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the rules of the specific sport and market. Void bets, pushes, and walkovers will be settled in accordance with the rules published on the Platform.
• shenpoker reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at an incorrect or mispriced odd due to human error, system error, or data feed malfunction, and to refund the stake amount to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the shenpoker Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any suspected bug must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or our security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or shenpoker staff through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events in conjunction with sportsbook wagering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the shenpoker Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, video, software, and data — is the property of shenpoker or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from shenpoker.

9. Data & Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits shenpoker's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires us to do so.
• You request self-exclusion or account closure voluntarily.

Upon termination for cause, shenpoker may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following review, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not waive any obligations incurred prior to closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which shenpoker holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Without prejudice to any other rights, shenpoker's decision on all matters relating to gameplay outcomes, account management, and bonus settlements shall be final and binding, unless manifestly unreasonable or in clear error.
